3. SCOPE OF WORKS AT SITE.
- The Engineers shall execute the work as per the drawings.
- The Engineers shall execute all the works with good workmanship and the decision of the Owner as regards the workmanship shall be final.
- The Engineers shall visiting the site whenever necessary.
- The Engineers shall Coordination with all Venders like (Civil labour, Electrician, Plumber, Fabricator, Painter, Tile layer, Etc).
- The Engineers shall meet the client and architect as and when necessary. However, necessary clarification in the drawings or at the site shall be attended to on any working day.
- The Engineers shall Check the quality of work regularly.
- The Engineers shall Check the requirement of material and intimating to the Owner.
- Checking the material quality and intimating the Owner about material quality.
3. SUPERVISOR AT SITE.
- Our supervisor will stay at site for half a day.
- Our supervisor take care of all the works under our guide.
- Our Supervisor will send the daily work progress report to engineers and owner’s.
- Our supervisor will check the requirement of material and intimating to the Owner and engineer.
